In addition to from the deservedly popular canvas roller blinds, wooden roller blinds have been available since spring 2003. These blinds are operated either with the same bead chain as their well-known canvas counterparts, or designed as Roman blinds. There is a wide range of options available for motorisation. Roller blinds are made of 4 mm high wooden slats attached together. Their material is tropical koto or okume wood. The surface of the shading is treated by steaming, dyeing, lacquering, or by a combination of these. On request, we can supply wooden blinds made to measure in a textile trimmed version. We always use wood from industrial tree plantations to manufacture our wooden shades, which means that you never support the felling of any protected trees by ordering our wooden venetian blinds, wooden roller blinds, wooden Roman blinds or wooden vertical blinds. |
